Réserve des Gardians rouge 2022

Both lively and graceful, the Reserve des Gardians undoubtedly has a lovely southern accent.

This easy-to-drink wine, perfect for your social moments, does not deny its Provençal roots. Indeed, it will offer you a nose with lightly peppery and nutty flavors pleasantly flirting with delicate notes of smoked wood and fresh blackberry.

It offers a slight sweetness upon first taste which leads to delicious aromas of ripe red fruits. Thanks to its subtly acidic taste and length, it will perfectly accompany your grilled lamb chops and sausages, as well as vegetables cooked on the griddle (such as peppers, zucchini or onions).

The press is talking about it

La Revue du Vin de France – june-august 2020 (14/20): A smoky sensation and jammy notes of Syrah are evident in this red wine (made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan) that is both mild and easy to understand. It can be enjoyed over the next two to three years.

Maxi Cuisine – march 2019: This wine has a deep purple color with hints of black fruits and spices on the nose, reminiscent of its sunny origins. Its full-bodied palate reveals notes of red and black fruits with a touch of licorice on the finish.

Centre Presse – Le quotidien de la Vienne – July 3, 2018: The Reserve des Gardians is both lively and graceful, undoubtedly red, with a strong southern accent. It comes from organic agriculture and expressively and finely embodies the strength drawn from the heart of Eole’s terroir. Its deep color with violet highlights and its bouquet of black fruit and spices remind us of its sunny grape variety origin. Its expansive, persistent palate makes us savor red and black fruits with hints of licorice on the finish.

Cuisine Actuelle – March 2018: This is a powerful and refined red wine dominated by Grenache with Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault. It has a deep color and aromas of spices, black and red fruits, and a licorice finish. It pairs well with a chicken tagine with prunes.
