Hautes Exigences – August 2022: Fresh citrus and fruits intertwined with a delicious and bright flavor profile. This rosé has an incredible aromatic intensity that leaves the mouth bursting with flavor. It’s safe to say that this is an excellent, generous, and bright rosé that can be shared whether it be for an aperitif or enjoyed with meals. Notably, it pairs beautifully with raw fish.
Le magasine des cavistes et sommeliers – Summer 2022: Nose of ripe red fruits, lovely structure with beautiful citrus notes.
L’Epicurien – july 2022: The beautiful bright pink and crystalline dress exudes a pleasant and distinguished nose, with delicate notes of small red fruits evolving into citrus after agitation. The attack is particularly fresh, with well-dosed acidity. The mouth, balanced throughout, offers us a very beautiful volume, with gourmet notes of fruits.
3 étoiles – Summer 2022: Éole’s classic cuvée shines with an intense raspberry-pink hue. True to its scent, the palate opens up with red fruits and citrus, revealing its strength and a taste of strawberries, with some discreet bitterness as the tasting progresses. A pleasure to drink, this rosé is easy to enjoy.

Luxury-Touch.com – 22/03/15: Undoubtedly the one we will eagerly anticipate the most to celebrate summer 2022. A quintessential expression of a terroir where Rolle brings a tremendous charm. A dance of smooth berries, juicy stone fruits, with the brightness of a yuzu/caviar lemon duo on a bed of herbs. The palate delivers a very pure and charming expression. A dazzling seductive rosé, that will leave you free to create with its salivating quality, that will never leave you.
Wines & Spirits – 21/08/18: At the foot of the Alpilles, this estate has become a reference in less than 20 years. On a challenging vintage like 2020, the result is charming! Waltz in the juicy orchard fruits with a suave charm. The palate is full-bodied, with a delicious creaminess that blends with pomelo, before introducing a fleshly floral note. It would pair well with duck breast, fish tartares and Japanese cuisine.
L’art de vivre selon le Figaro – july 2020: (15/20) Beautiful acidity wrapped in notes of grapefruit and red fruits.
Luxury Touch – July 10, 2019: Elegance Rosé. The Domaine d’Eole is located at the foot of the Alpilles. This year, they bring us an exceptionally delicious hillsides of Aix-en-Provence that embraces ripe yellow stone fruit and strawberries with a simultaneously exotic and floral wind. The palate takes us on a journey with mineral tension and a terribly seductive salivating that is adorned with great bitterness and a magnificent and long finish between flowers and fresh zest. We love it as an aperitif, on grilled vegetables, and even more so on exotic cuisine. A must-have for the summer.
Robert Parker Wine Advocate – 01/05/19 : (Rating 89 – Drink-date : 2019) A blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 15% Syrah and 5% each Carignan, Counoise and Mourvèdre, the 2018 Coteaux d’Aix en Provence Eole Rose performed well in two tastings (one blind). It’s a bit richer and earthier than most, with scents of fraises des bois accenting notes of peach and melon. It’s medium-bodied and silky in texture yet with a crisp, lively finish.
Mieux vivre votre argent – July 2nd, 2018: Elaborated with a blend of half a dozen typical grape varieties, this AOC Coteaux d’Aix in Provence offers a graceful palate of citrus and small red fruits with a light tint of rose petal. Perfectly paired with grilled dishes and flavorful meals.
Luxury Touch – June 30th, 2018: The flavorful and lively notes of this wine are reminiscent of sun-ripened fruits such as melon and peach. This makes it the perfect companion to large gatherings paired with delicious appetizers, grilled dishes, and meals seasoned with herbs of Provence and olive oil.
Aujourd’hui en France (Week-End) – June 1st, 2018: Notes of red fruits and citrus, exceptional harmony and finesse. Ideal with… a ribeye steak.
Gold Medal – Aix en Provence
Gault & Millau – June 2, 2017: In this beautiful property, the production of rosé is always superb. The 2016 confirms this with a complex aromatic palette of yellow fruit, currant, melon, and flower. An aromatic summer rosé to be enjoyed by the barbecue. The olive oil produced on the estate is also highly recommended. Rating: 15.5/20.
Valeurs Actuelles – May 10, 2017: This organic rosé wine with tasty notes and a petal rose color embodies Provence. It’s a classic of the vineyard. Born from a dry land, Eole rosé is made in the traditional Provence style. Its lively and delicious notes with hints of sun-kissed fruits such as melon and peach make this wine a friend of large tables gathering for tasty appetizers, grilled dishes, and meals flavored with Provence herbs and olive oil.
Blind Taste 34 – May 15, 2017: The 7th art has produced masterpieces that have left a mark on the collective imagination with common memories. Who doesn’t have in mind the two notes from the music of Jaws? Who doesn’t know by heart the line of the little extraterrestrial who wishes to return to his planet? This vintage plays within the same register. The aurora borealis-colored dress opens the ball and already transports us far from reality. The bouquet, with its delicious fragrances of mandarin, apricot, and melon, delicately enveloped in a veil of white flowers, leaves a lasting impression on our minds. The mouth, carried by a sumptuous fragrance, is round and sweet. It systematically dispenses strawberry, mint, and spices that delicately line our palate before leaving a lasting memory in the majestic aromatic representation of bitter orange peel. A marvelous wine that leaves a lasting impression on the memories.
